D. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year notification hotline (When emergencies and disasters occurs, first responder look for emergency contacts and we provide emergency ID cards and ID tags. You will provide up to three people who you wants MFES to contact if you are ever in a situation where you can’t speak for yourself.
